Directs and manages the Agency’s integrated fund raising program by establishing and maintaining relationships with significant donors and potential donors (individuals, foundations and corporations).  Fund raising may include individual solicitation, direct mail, planned giving, special events and capital campaigns.  Also directs and manages the public relations and marketing functions.  Reports directly to the CEO.  Must possess, at minimum, a bachelor’s degree (MBA or CFRE preferred) and seven years of fund development and marketing/pr experience; demonstrated success in meeting goals and objectives and excellent writing and editing skills.
