The Community Navigator will seek to address Michigan’s immediate need for connecting financially struggling families with community resources available. Members will outreach to communities to promote integrated access to needed family supports through Michigan's 2-1-1 database of community resources and the MiBridges web portal to benefit applications. Members will engage benefit access sites and facilitate training for MiBridges benefit access. Members will also serve directly with clients and in community settings to educate low-income individuals about community resources available and assist in the application of benefits through MiBridges.
