Nonprofit Alliance staff and area consultants have expertise in faciliating Peer Coaching circles based on the work, Action Learning, from Authenticity Consulting based in Minnesota.
Peer Coaching involves a small group of 6-7 individuals who meet regularly to discuss a concern, barrier, or challenge that affects their work or their work environment. Through facilitation, learning circle participants coach one another and develop action steps to help solve the issue or concern presented. Each circle participant is accountable for their action toward creating a solution.
Considered one of the most cost effective capacity building strategies, Peer Coaching can be administered with staff from one organization or staff from across several organizations.
