Assessments

An organization's board of directors should conduct a CEO/Executive Director performance review annually.  Nonprofit Alliance has sample tools to send to you.  NPA staff can work with member organization's board of directors to distribute a CE)evaluation tool, collect it, compile the data, and present results to the board.
