About the Presenter:

Kevin Brozovich, SPHR,  President and owner of HRM Innovations, LLC, has led administrative functions in lean organizations for over 20 years, including the HR, accounting, purchasing and business planning functions. During that time he has consistently been able to reduce the number of employees needed while improving service levels by removing redundant processes and non-value added activities. As the owner of a small business, he regularly provides consulting services on Human Resources and organizational development topics while managing his own office and employees. Kevin lives in Kalamazoo with his wife and three sons.
