In today’s environment, nonprofit organizations face increasing pressure to "do more with less," "work together toward a common cause" and generally be as effective and efficient as possible. This course is designed to provide participants with a foundational understanding of strategic alliances. Participants will learn the role strategic alliances play in mission achievement, strategic alliance options, and the steps in creating a strategic alliance.
