This month's discussion will center around: Diffusing Stress – Mobilizing Productivity.
According to a recent ComPsych survey, 31% of HR managers (in most nonprofits this is also the Executive Director) are most concerned about maintaining employee productivity and morale followed by 26% concerned about dealing with healthcare costs and new legislation, and others concerned with finding qualified candidates and handling organizational change. Many nonprofits are feeling the “stress” of higher workloads, turnover, lower-productivity, fear and possible job loss – an overwhelmed office.
