This workshop focuses on where the Internet is going and two of the biggest “game changers” to come along in years: QR Codes and Smart Phones. The class will explore where and how QR Codes can be used to simplify a variety of complex computing functions. Using that information, the focus of the workshop will detail how Smart Phones, using QR Codes that point to mobile Internet sites, can be used in marketing, fundraising, social media interfacing, education, training, information management, inventory control and many more areas. We will also demonstrate how simple programming can allow a single QR Code to do hundreds of functions. Please note that a limited number of participants will be able to meet one-on-one with the trainers immediately after the event to discuss specific needs they may have in this area. Appointments will be made on site on a first come first serve basis.

Please note - this workshop will be held at the United Way of Greater Battle Creek. More details provided when registering.
